Debra graduated in 1995 from Canterbury Christ Church University with a BA in Art and B Ed in Professional Education.

She has extensive experience of teaching in the primary sector

and worked in the heart of East London for 19 years. Debra became a pioneer of the Creative Arts within the primary curriculum and built a much respected reputation disseminating her arts practice in Newham, Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

She also made contributions through community projects, encouraging children to feel a sense of place and social belonging through Art projects and workshops

Debra continues to deliver high standard workshops in London.
